Heartbroken? Try fitness…

A lot of my previous clients have turned to fitness after being heartbroken and split up with partners. It’s a bitter pill to swallow when going through a breakup. It usually goes 2 ways…

1 – Laze about and feel sorry for yourself and waste time.

2 – Man up and make something of yourself to prove to your EX that you don’t need them (most guys haha)

I like that fitness can be a way to resolve that deflated feeling. You can be selfish and let fitness almost take over your life and keep you busy. Hitting regular workouts will not only keep your mind off things but it’ll improve your image which for some people is a big confidence booster, specially if the reason you split up was being of physical appearance which sounds brutal but its a justified reason “I’m just not attracted to you anymore”….savage.

How can fitness directly help?

Real talk – There is no better feeling splitting up with a girl and a year later she sees you walking down the street looking big, alpha and owning that XS t-shirt lol. Seriously though you almost want that girl to try re-ignite that fire again. By this time your a changed person and probably realised you splitting up was a blessing in disguise but good for self esteem all the same.

Disclaimer – This doesn’t mean you turn into a big headed douche bag who looks down on people.

When fitness becomes an outlet it’s almost effortless to be consistent because it’s just routine. You want that ‘daily dose’ of self improvement. It’s only when your at rock bottom and stuff is going wrong that you truly start to learn about yourself and how you deal with things.

I know personally when thing’s are going well I’m a different bloke but when shit hits the fan I USED to panic and look for a way to just moan. When good stuff starts happening it’s almost impossible to see the bad in anything…why is this? Well I put it down to an individual not being happy within themselves…..

Do what the fuck you want whenever you want!

Before relationships or friendships it helps that your happy being by yourself and happy within yourself. Don’t let anyone bring you down or change you as a person. When you start to live life on your own terms you can’t really go wrong because everything is within your decision. Spend time just doing you.

Point of this BLOG is that no matter what people say or do you shouldn’t let that dictate your purpose or confidence, ye thing’s might not work but that doesn’t mean you just give up. Go with the flow and say yes to all opportunities…..

If you’re struggling then try the gym because from personal experience it crushed my problems and keeps them at bay ?
