I started my 12 week transformation plan with Matt at the beginning of January, I am already 8 weeks in and can see some positive changes to my body, I am starting to looking leaner and my body shape is changing.
Matt listened to my goals on our initial consultation, and throughout my programme he has been really supportive, I love having a structure to my training sessions that are getting results. He has also advised on nutrition.

Started the 12 plan start of January, I feel I was already quite knowledgeable at the gym as I’ve been going for couple years and felt I had a pretty okay body, but really wanted to take my physique to next level, so went to Matt for a plan, he has really educated me in my macros best way to keep track on diet, one of my best postive about Matt is his super quick at replying which I love, if you have a question he will reply within minutes, so you’ve always got support, if you need to ask anything Matts got you! He improved my form with exercises (he shut me down pretty quick as I used to ego lift ALOT, which end up me being injured a lot so he made me get 10/12 slow decent reps rather just trying to lift as heavy as possible)
I’d recommend Matt to anyone who has already been gyming for a while, everyone has room to improve and to grow physically and mentally and Matt has shown me this on the online programme
